"Blynken" is a 21-room house built in 1875 by George Wallace Delamater, a prominent Meadville banker, former mayor, and Pennsylvania gubernatorial candidate for the Republican party.  This guest house offers eight guest rooms.  Wired and wireless internet service is provided for all guests.  This guest house has four bedrooms with private baths available.  A computer room is available, as well.


The second floor has a room with a queen-sized bed and new private bath for $80.00 plus tax per night for a total of $87.20.  A room that can be opened up with this room to create a 2-room suite or can be used as a separate room with a full-sized bed and a twin bed.  The guests in this room have exclusive private use of a bath with an old claw foot tub and shower ring.  They must, however, access their bath room from a common hallway.  This room is also $80.00 plus tax per night for a total of $87.20.

A third area on the second floor of the "Blynken" house has a new 3-room unit comprised of a bedroom with queen-sized bed, a separate bath with claw foot tub (no shower yet), and a small sitting room with a loveseat (hideaway bed for a third guest), and a kitchenette with a small stove and refrigerator.  This unit is $90.00 per night plus tax for a total of $98.10.

On the third floor of "Blynken" there is a big open area which has a small kitchenette, private bath with shower only, and a large open area with queen-sized bed, a futon bed, and a queen-sized sofa (hideaway).  This unit is $85.00 per night plus tax for a total of $92.65.
